About Trever Carpenter Construction

 Born and raised in Tooele County, Utah, Trever Carpenter's journey into the world of construction was deeply rooted in his family's values of hard work and integrity. Growing up with three siblings, he watched his father craft homes, instilling in him a passion for building from an early age. Trever's fascination with construction led him to work on ranches and in the agricultural industry, where he developed a love for creating things from scratch.

Trever's connection to Southern Idaho began after high school when he moved to Cassia County. There, he worked on ranches and eventually met his wife, whose family owned a ranch in Almo. Trever and his wife embraced both the ranching and construction lifestyle, making Southern Idaho their home.

His educational journey included stints in the construction industry, including work with doors and windows installations and apprenticeship in commercial electrical. Trever's career truly took off when he joined his father's construction company, a pivotal moment that allowed him to help people achieve their vision for their homes. Eventually, Trever decided to venture out on his own, bringing his knowledge and experience to the community of Mini-Cassia.

Trever ensures that Trever Carpenter Construction is not just a construction company; it's a vehicle for changing lives. Trever's passion for construction lies in the ability to transform spaces, making them better suited to people's needs and enhancing their lives. Each project is a unique journey, an opportunity to learn and grow, and a chance to bring the client's vision to life.

Trever's approach to construction is rooted in adaptability, custom solutions, and a commitment to delivering the best application for each project's specific needs. Outside of work, Trever finds solace in ranching, horseback riding, and working with cattle. Golfing and fishing provide a welcomed balance to his professional life, and his love for training horses aligns with his desire to see positive change—both in the saddle and on construction sites.

As for the future, Trever  is focused on providing for his family and contributing to the Southern Idaho community by preserving and improving the things that matter most.  Brady Carpenter, raised in the small town of Erda in Tooele County, Utah, carries with him a lifetime of dedication to construction and an unwavering commitment to quality. Growing up as the second of five boys, his formative years were marked by scouting, sports, and learning the art of hard work from his stepfather. The joy of helping his Grandpa Mathews with house repairs left an indelible mark on him, shaping his passion for construction. 

Brady's family tree is rooted in construction. His Grandpa's legendary tinkering in the workshop and his mother's knack for repairs fostered a deep-seated understanding of craftsmanship. Brady's uncles, on his mother's side, are also lifelong construction professionals, ensuring that the family's legacy in construction runs deep. 

The Carpenter family's ties to Southern Idaho go beyond the borders. Drawn by the desire to be closer to their first grandchild and to collaborate with Trever, Brady and his wife embraced the move to this beautiful region. The Carpenter roots extend further into the soil of Idaho, as Brady's Carpenter ancestors hailed from the Idaho Falls area, particularly Osgood, where his Grandpa Carpenter was a local potato farmer and a master problem solver. His Stepfather also comes from Gooding, Idaho where many family and friends still reside. 

Educationally and professionally, Brady is a seasoned veteran in the construction industry, with over 30 years of experience. Throughout his career, he attended numerous seminars and continuing education programs, honing his skills and knowledge. His journey began with helping frame houses upon returning from his mission, followed by a pivotal role at BMC West, where he mastered blueprints, material takeoffs, and the intricate components of home construction. 

With an impressive portfolio that includes overseeing the construction of over 1000 homes, Brady Carpenter is no stranger to leadership in the field. His knack for meticulous scheduling and material management, developed in an era before computerized schedules, consistently delivered homes in 60 to 75 days on average. 

Brady's passion for construction is driven by witnessing the transformation of structures and the satisfaction of clients. Each project, whether new construction, renovation, or repair, is approached with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right. 

Beyond construction, Brady is deeply involved in serving others and is passionate about acts of kindness. His vision for contributing to the well-being of Southern Idaho is rooted in serving and making lives better, one act of service at a time. 

Honesty, integrity, transparency, and quality are the core values that guide Brady's work and business philosophy. As a leader in Trever Carpenter Construction, he ensures these values are upheld in every project through clear communication and client involvement. 

Quality and customer satisfaction are non-negotiable for Brady. He treats each project as if it were his own, striving for perfection and client contentment. Brady finds fulfillment when clients are not just happy but elated with the results.

Although accolades adorn his career, including obtaining his General Contractor License in 2020 and overseeing multiple Salt Lake Parade of Homes entries, Brady's true passion lies in his family and hobbies. Outside of work, he enjoys cherished moments with his family, fishing, golfing, and even singing karaoke.  Brady's personal interests of fishing and golfing have honed his approach to construction. Just as in sports, the right tools, skills, and strategies are essential for success in construction. He believes in researching and adopting the best approach for each unique project, ensuring its successful completion. 

Looking to the future, Brady envisions expanding Trever Carpenter Construction into ground-up new construction projects. He sees the company playing a vital role in the Southern Idaho community, known for its exceptional work and commitment to quality. With his other son returning from a mission and joining the team, Brady is excited about the collaborative potential and the positive impact they can have on the community, making their family, and Trever Carpenter Construction, something they can count on and always be proud of.
